The Support Team will answer any questions that arise from daily operation and environment of the various software systems at our users' installations.

The Team consists of experienced employees with years of service in the field, specialists that constantly keep up on the technology involved by taking part in manufacturer training programmes and certifications. Our capable hotline specialists will be able to answer almost all issues you may have on the hotline or by online support.

Extended service

Other services such as regular checks and analysis on system configuration as well as current software updates are all part and parcel of our individual software support contracts.

If you require, we will send our staff to your premises to help you in implementation, system configuration, extension, updates and data migration as well as training for administrators and users.

ALOS has its own specialised team resources for company-specific customisation, development and interface configuration.
