ALOS Document Service Center provides digitisation and extraction of documents, plans and microfilms in multi-level service concepts that extend from document collection through the entire processing chain to data transfer, taking in all of the procedures involved. We have our own reliable, qualified and experienced staff to ensure that the job is done to deadline and at the level of quality you require. Our Center works with state-of-the-art high-performance scanners using optimisation technologies for optimising scanned images as well as the latest software for data extraction or complete content in documents.

Minimum extraction effort.

ALOS services specialise in minimising manual extraction effort by automated form and freeform data extraction. If necessary, the data extracted can be compared against reference databases, converted data and documents prepared in the format requested and saved on optical media or sent for import into software applications via file transfer. We also support data and document hosting, giving the user online access to documents via a secure connection at any time.

Apart from that, the Service Center can convert and extract high-volume data inventories on microfilm using automatic film scanners - a speciality at our Service Center.
